Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking entitles you to a full refund of the booking amount.
- If cancelled up to the 42nd day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 30% of the travel price
- For cancellation from the 42nd to the 28th day before the start of the stay, the cancellation fee is 60% of the travel sum.
- For cancellation from the 28th day to the first day of stay, the cancellation fee is 90% of the travel price.
- If cancelled on the first day of stay or later, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel sum.
- For cancellation requirements, the initial arrival date applies.
House Rules
- Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.
- Check-out: no later than 10:30 a.m.
- Minimum age of main booker: 25 years old
- Smoking in the cottage is not allowed
- Fireworks-free cottage
- Parties and events are not allowed
- This cottage is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams
- Separating waste is mandatory
