Spend the night in ‘t Zomerhuis on a former farm that has been rebuilt with the ijssel bricks from the former cottage. Cheese and butter used to be made in this. It also served as a “scrub house” on the waterfront where milk utensils were washed and as a “sheaf house” during summer breaks on the farm.
